Unique to Jumpstart are the videos which are posted by the founders advertising both the company and the role they are hiring for, really helping you get a proper feel for the company you are potentially joining (much more so than a generic job description) to make sure the fit is right on both ends.

The support offered before, during and after the interview process is great and is tailored specifically to the type of role you are applying for which gives you a lot of confidence.

The best thing is the number of quality roles and companies that are published every week and the videos posted by the founders on the platform. Also the speed of the recruitment process, from initial interview to offer I think was just over 2 weeks for me - there is nothing worse than sitting around waiting to hear back from an interview!

The Jumpstart experience was great. The interview process for the generalist stream was quick and efficient. Then the whole interview process to match with startups was easy and fast paced. It was also very easy to get advice from JS to help with the interviews too.

It's the perfect place to find start ups to work for, as JS has good information about them, and has done an initial screen of start ups so you know you are applying to a good company.

The stats on my job applications before Jumpstart speak for the awesomeness of JS. I sent around 200 applications through LinkedIn and got two offers, which is roughly the conversion rate of yelling job titles into a canyon. I sent 20 through Jumpstart, got 10 interviews and multiple offers. I'm not sure what to do with that ratio except point at it and that's not all to my credit - JS prepped me really well for them.
