We are the data controller for the personal data described in this policy.

What data we collect

LinkedIn analytics integration
We operate an internal analytics tool that shows Jumpstart team members how their own LinkedIn posts are performing. This section applies only to Jumpstart employees and contractors who choose to connect their LinkedIn account. No one is included without completing LinkedIn’s authorisation process themselves.
With that authorisation, we access aggregate performance figures for that person’s own posts:
– Impressions
– Reactions
– Comments
– Reshares
– Members reached
We do not access post content, private messages, connections, profile information beyond a chosen display name, or any details about the people who view or engage with a post.
We use this data to:
– Display an internal leaderboard visible to the Jumpstart team
– Help colleagues understand how their content is performing over time
We do not use LinkedIn data for advertising, candidate sourcing, or profiling, and we do not sell or share it with third parties.
LinkedIn authorisation tokens are encrypted at rest using AES-256-GCM with a dedicated encryption key, held in a network-restricted database accessible only to the application. Aggregate figures are stored so that trends can be shown over time.
Anyone connected can disconnect at any time from within the tool. Disconnecting permanently deletes their authorisation tokens, their stored figures, and their record. Authorisation can also be withdrawn directly in LinkedIn’s own settings.
Our legal basis for this processing is our legitimate interest in understanding the performance of our own marketing content, together with the consent each person gives through LinkedIn’s authorisation process.
This integration uses the LinkedIn API. Jumpstart is not affiliated with or endorsed by LinkedIn. LinkedIn is a trademark of LinkedIn Corporation.
