You always have a person there to support you and the ability to book in with one of the mentors to help guide you through your upcoming interviews is extremely helpful.

It only took about two months for me to find a role that I’m super excited to be joining and it is one that without the help of this team I would’ve had no chance achieving myself so I would highly recommend this process to anybody

the job market is terrible, jumpstart absolutely fixes that. I cannot sing the praises of this platform enough, companies will GENUINELY look at your application and get back to you.

Personally I found applying for jobs elsewhere to be impossible as there’s thousands of applicants for any given role and you get filtered out through AI. I found that with jumpstart, people actually look at your application and you as a person, which made the process so much easier. There are so many good companies on there too.

As someone with an atypical CV (lots of entrepreneurial experience) jumpstart has been an absolute game changer.

Another aspect that I find absolutely incredible is the level of support offered by Kabir and the team - so much guidance is offered and help when you need it.

I truly cannot thank you enough for this experience, I was able to land a wonderful new role in a relatively short amount of time. Jumpstart offers a kind, supportive and human vibe in a very cold and brutal job market.

Honestly, I'd been struggling for months especially, because I was trying to move from RevOps back into a frontline sales role. However, once I was onboarded, I was presented with tons of opportunities and was constantly supported throughout all stages of the interview process.

What stood out for me the most, is that from applying for roles I knew the outcome within a few days at the latest, rather that getting ghosted by applications on other platforms. The quick turnaround made sure I was able to focus my energy on the opportunities that were actually going to convert.

Being on the platform has been an experience in itself. The opportunity to meet so many startups in such a short period of time is rare, and I'd say the value goes beyond just the offers. Jumpstart has been brilliant from start to end. Having access to a pool of jobs not seen on other platforms makes the job hunt 100 times easier. I really enjoyed all the catchup chats with founders as it felt a lot more relaxed than a typical interview (having already gone through the jumpstart screening).

The resources available are also excellent to brush up on skills prior to interviewing
