No. Jumpstart is a curated talent marketplace. Agencies are manual, slow, and incentivised to sell you anyone. Jumpstart is a platform that gives you direct access to a pre-vetted pool of candidates. You can browse all live profiles and request as many interviews as you wish.
No. While Jumpstart was born as a startup career accelerator, most of our candidates now have 1-4 years of experience who can hit the ground running. We also have a stream for senior generalists (5+ years of experience).
We put our 5,000+ monthly candidates through a three-step process. First, we screen based off CV. 5% pass that. Then, we put those candidates through an interview where they run through a startup-specific case study, and then we test them for their motivations to work for a startup. The end result is 1% of candidates gain access to our platform.
It is completely free to use the Jumpstart platform, browse candidates, post unlimited roles and book interviews. If you hire a Jumpstar candidate, we charge 15% once they pass their probation (three months). Discount fees are available for multiple hires.
Only 9% of Jumpstarters fail to pass probation due to performance-related issues. We only charge once your hire passes probation, so if they aren’t the right fit, you won’t pay a penny.Â
