Candidates with under 5 years are usually better suited to our junior–mid generalist stream.

Startup Experience

Startup or scaleup experience is strongly preferred.

The main stream is early-to-mid career. The Senior Operator stream is for 5-10 years of experience into CoS, Strategy and Ops, COO or similar founder-adjacent roles.
