Experience and Salary
5-10 Years
Candidates with under 5 years are usually better suited to our junior–mid generalist stream.
Startup Experience
Startup or scaleup experience is strongly preferred.
£60-120K
Most placements sit within £70-100k.

Couple years in consulting followed by some exposure to a startup or scaleup environment, e.g. in a BizOps, CoS, Strategy and Ops role.

You've built something, whether it worked or not. You know how to build and operate without permission.

How is this different from the generalist stream?
The main stream is early-to-mid career. The Senior Operator stream is for 5-10 years of experience into CoS, Strategy and Ops, COO or similar founder-adjacent roles.
Do I need startup experience?
Usually, yes. We occasionally place exceptional ex-consultants, but it’s the exception.
What sort of companies are on the platform?
UK startups and scaleups, mostly Seed to Series A, with a growing share of Series B+. Backed by Seedcamp, Balderton, LocalGlobe, Northzone, Accel, YC, Antler and Entrepreneur First.
Is there a fee?
