First off, you’ll see only a select few engineering profiles. That’s the point. We’re here to help you find the best engineers. We do this by:
Referral‑led sourcing.
We source engineers through trusted founder and CTO referrals. One network is small. Ours spans 100s of London startups.
CTO calibration.
Every engineer is pre-vetted by our in-house CTO to sanity‑check technical depth and product mindset.
Clear intent & preferences.
Every profile clearly states what the engineer is (and isn’t) looking for - so you don’t waste time on misfits.

This is for pre-seed to Series A founders and CTOs who would rather meet 3x exceptional people rather than 300 average ones.
This is not for you if you are looking for volume over quality.
You can request interviews directly with engineers after viewing their profile and seeing who recommended them.
Engineers can apply to roles that interest them.
We’ll run the occasional virtual ‘demo day’ session where a handful of startups will be invited to pitch their roles to a small group of the active engineers.
We select across a range of levels (junior to senior). The unifying theme is that we only pick people we think are exceptional.
Our fee: 15% of base salary, payable after 90 days.
No upfront fees.
