Chief of Staff
Works directly with a startup founder on strategic initiatives, marketing, operations, sales and much more. People with experience as Executive Assistants, Strategy Consultants, or Senior Operationalists are well suited to a Chief of Staff role. If you want to help shape an organisation and form a part of the senior management team, this is the role for you.
Head of Special Projects
You’d be seeking out opportunities for your startup to expand, evolve and improve - and then executing on high-impact projects. You might be building a new stream of revenue, working to understand customer needs, or expanding to a new location.
Head of Operations
Operators form the backbone of the company, making sure it runs efficiently and with a solid strategy. You could be responsible for everything from organisational structure, to finance, to the day-to-day running of the business.
Strategy Lead
